Go to ProjNet.org or for Department of State Projects ProjNet.net

Step 2. Select Agency

Step 3. Enter Your Email

Step 5. Add Access Key

Step 6. Check Security Box

Step 7. Sign In

If you have a valid key, you will go to a page to register (first visit) or to an identifier page (return visits) and then on to the correct review or room as identified by the key.
